SSR Transmission Oil Cooler #3

The heart of the system is a Perma-Cool brand “Frame Cooler” originally designed for street rods. Because of the design and the mounting location, this cooler will extract an enormous amount of heat out of the transmission fluid. This cooler is about 3 1/2″ x 21″ and is sized to fit behind the crash bar in the front of the SSR. The system is designed to be plumbed in tandem (series) downstream of the existing cooler in the radiator. The entire system is top quality, 100% made in America, including the high temp, high pressure hose and the AN-style fittings. The hose is manufactured by Parker with a 300F / 400PSI rating and a smooth outer jacket… really nice stuff. This is a “plug-and-play” add-on kit that requires no drilling, cutting or splicing. The system comes pre-assembled with all threaded inserts installed, all hardware connected and all clamps pre-positioned. The lines are clamped to the provided support bracket. Instructions are included and the installation takes less than 2 hours to complete. This is not a difficult installation. This cooler is a “build to order” and will get put into the fabrication queue when we process your order.  “In Stock” means that I have all the parts on hand to build one for you.  Typical fabrication queue is 2-5 working days.

UK Orders

Orders using standard delivery options (Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class) will usually be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed (but we always do this as fast as possible). You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been dispatched and another with tracking details included.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives you will be left a card, with instructions for collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office or how to re-arrange delivery.

Please be aware that at certain times of year there can be seasonal delays to the postal service, these are out of our control unfortunately.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 1pm on a Bank Holiday Friday will be dispatched and processed on the first working day after the Bank Holiday.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a Signature.

Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be guaranteed to reach you by the next working day. Any next day delivery orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

The below are exceptions that will incur delays to the Next Day Delivery Service, if in any doubt please contact us via our CONTACT page.
