What programs do I need to open and use this product? I recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader to open any PDF files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free to download program. To use our editable resources, you will need to have Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your computer to open and edit these resources. If you don’t have PowerPoint, you can access a free trial of the program from here – https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/try Ensuring your software is up to date can help to avoid any compatibility issues. What does it mean if a file is editable? Our editable files allow you to change and customize the text so you can make it exactly what you want to fit your classroom. Simply type into the text boxes provided or add in your own to edit. You will need access to Microsoft PowerPoint to do this. Editable does not mean all parts are moveable. Any included artwork, clip art, some fonts and other graphics are fixed to abide by copyright laws and cannot be edited or removed. Colours also used cannot be edited with the exception of coloured text. If you want the text in the editable items to match the look of the ready to print decor, you may need to purchase and install some of the fonts. I’ve included information on the custom fonts used within the download along with a help sheet to make sure you’re getting the most from your purchase. UK Orders

Orders using standard delivery options (Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class) will usually be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed (but we always do this as fast as possible). You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been dispatched and another with tracking details included.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives you will be left a card, with instructions for collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office or how to re-arrange delivery.

Please be aware that at certain times of year there can be seasonal delays to the postal service, these are out of our control unfortunately.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 1pm on a Bank Holiday Friday will be dispatched and processed on the first working day after the Bank Holiday.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a Signature.

Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be guaranteed to reach you by the next working day. Any next day delivery orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

The below are exceptions that will incur delays to the Next Day Delivery Service, if in any doubt please contact us via our CONTACT page.
