Product descriptionThe dress has a round neckline and turned-up hems. The chest has a striking origami swan embroidery, which acts as an elegant focal point of the dress. There is a leatherette sign with origami swan in the hem.Flexible but strong jersey is 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane. We recommend washing your clothes at 40 degrees with the same coloured clothes and form it damp. Always turn the garment inside out for washing so that the embroidery does not come into contact with the machine´s metal parts or any zippered / buttoned garments. The inverted garment protects the embroidery and reduces fabric wear during washing.The clothes should be ironed back side up with a two-point temperature to make the embroidery last longer and prevent the leatherette sign from being damaged.All YO ZEN's clothes are designed in Finland and manufactured ethically in Europe. UK Orders

Orders using standard delivery options (Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class) will usually be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed (but we always do this as fast as possible). You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been dispatched and another with tracking details included.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives you will be left a card, with instructions for collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office or how to re-arrange delivery.

Please be aware that at certain times of year there can be seasonal delays to the postal service, these are out of our control unfortunately.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 1pm on a Bank Holiday Friday will be dispatched and processed on the first working day after the Bank Holiday.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a Signature.

Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be guaranteed to reach you by the next working day. Any next day delivery orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

The below are exceptions that will incur delays to the Next Day Delivery Service, if in any doubt please contact us via our CONTACT page.
