KEEP WARM & ANTI-DRIP FUNCTION – After the drip coffee machine brews a fresh carafe of coffee, it will keep the coffee warm for up to 40 minutes. If you just want to grab a quick cup of mid brew, the 30 seconds pause and serve setting lets you briefly remove the carafe to pour a cup whilst pausing the flow of the rest of the coffee. HOW TO USE A FILTER COFFEE MACHINE: Fill The Water Tank: Fill the water tank with cold water, ensuring not to exceed the maximum level indicated. Add Coffee Grounds: Place the coffee filter into the filter basket and add the desired amount of coffee grounds to the filter. Turn On The Machine: Turn the machine on and wait for it to heat up. Start Brewing: Once the machine is ready, pour the water into the coffee maker and press the start button to begin brewing. Collect Coffee: Once brewing is complete, collect the coffee from the carafe. Enjoy: Pour the coffee into a mug and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee. UK Orders

Orders using standard delivery options (Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class) will usually be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed (but we always do this as fast as possible). You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been dispatched and another with tracking details included.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives you will be left a card, with instructions for collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office or how to re-arrange delivery.

Please be aware that at certain times of year there can be seasonal delays to the postal service, these are out of our control unfortunately.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on a Bank Holiday Friday will be dispatched and processed on the first working day after the Bank Holiday.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a Signature.

Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will not be guaranteed to reach you by the next working day. Any next day delivery orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

The below are exceptions that will incur delays to the Next Day Delivery Service, if in any doubt please contact us via our CONTACT page.
